Gary Rosenberg is the chairman of Fifty Door Partner's board of directors. In this role he provides strategic oversight to the board and leadership team of FDP and its holdings.
Gary is the founding member and former managing partner of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., one of New York's premier real estate law firms. He made a name for himself on the New York legal scene as an active litigator and appellate attorney, arguing several precedent-setting real estate cases in the NYS Court of Appeals.
Today, Gary is chairman of the firm, and devotes the majority of his time to the firm's largest client, The Durst Organization. In that capacity, he has played a crucial role in the development of some of the Durst's highest profile and most complex real estate projects, including the Conde Nast Building at 4 Times Square, the Bank of America Building at One Bryant Park and, most recently, One World Trade Center.
A native of the Bronx, Gary was admitted to the bar in 1975 after graduating from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
